That’s why we’ve put together these delightful spring drink recipes that are perfect for enjoying the beauty of the season while focusing on health and enjoyment.

1. Hickory Valley Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of raw honey (local if possible)
Juice of 1 large lemon
4 cups of boiling water

Place the ginger slices in a teapot or large heat-proof pitcher.
Add the lemon juice and honey.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir to combine.
Let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes.
